I explained that my shoulder area was tight. My therapist spent some extra time working on those specific areas. I felt so much better after the massage and into the week. My therapist, Kailynn was very knowledgeable and I will definitely request her in the future.

Although I was late for my appt. I immediately felt welcomed. After the appointment I was shocked at the glow my skin had. Because of the superior and professional service with each department I have decided to make a monthly appt moving forward.

Everything was one time. I have had massages by Patrick in the past and he always knows my signals when a stretch is enough. He is knowledgeable about feeling tight spots and working on them.

Overall the staff if friendly & courteous. The services are reasonably priced and I enjoy my experience at Hand & Stone.

The entire experience is always calm & relaxing. All staff are very welcoming. Always feel better when I leave.
