My therapist, Kayla, was friendly and asked questions to identify specific issues I might have. We also discussed problem areas and how they may have developed. She was thorough and attentive to my reactions to the massage, always checking if pressure was satisfactory. She made the experience relaxing and therapeutic at the same time!
