My therapist is very attentive. The membership is well worth it’s savings. My time is well spent going to this hand and stone, I leave relaxed and refreshed. It’s always an excellent experience

I love the people. The back to back bookings of the therapists should be better managed overall by the company. I don't like feeling rushed.

i have been a hand and stone member for >5 years and this massage was hands down my best to date. i have never been to this location and got extremely lucky with a last minute appointment 2 days in advance. my massage was perfect, even asked to extend my time if she was available longer, but sadly she wasn’t. when i went to schedule my next appt, i learned that my therapist was booked out until october!!! lucky is an understatement, i am so happy with my massage. thank you!

I was happy because all of the staff was friendly. The facility was very clean. It was a warm welcoming environment.

I came in knowing I was tight in my neck, shoulders, and back. My massage therapist asked what my areas of need were and focused most of my massage on those areas. Also asked what I didn't want done and she followed my wishes perfectly.

I do not live near a hand and stone. I am usually visiting an area where I can just get a massage. I appreciate the fact that they really squeezed us in the schedule.
