Reception ladies are always upbeat, helpful and courteous. My massage therapist always checks in before, during and after to make sure he’s addressed any needs. The environment is always clean, welcoming and relaxing.

Every employee i encounter are super nice and helpful. My massages are always relaxing. I love the option of having quiet time.

Anytime I have been to Hand and Stone for a facial the staff at the receptionist desk, and massage therapists have been amazing. My facial lady is always polite, professional, well knowledgeable, and takes time to get to know you. She makes sure she makes a routine that is customized for her each of her clients according to their needs. I always leave feeling so relaxed and happy!!
