My massage, therapist and overall experience were all excellent. I do wish that the services weren't so pricey, but I know that everything has gone up in price, so I understand increases. Because of the cost, I will not be able to make more frequent visits. I would recommend this location to others.

The receptionist area is pleasant, the waiting area is calm , clean and quiet, which lets your mind and body go into relaxing before entering the room where one’s message begins.

The front office staff and managers were very friendly and helpful. My therapist made me feel comfortable even though it was my first appointment. Very satisfied with the results of my service.

Front end staff always friendly and helpful. I always schedule appointments 3 to 4 months in advance, and I schedule in person since I am there. Also, there are just 2 therapists that I prefer to see, and the front end staff work with me to that end. I love that you use real hand towels in the rest room. I guess it is the customer service gene in me, last time I was there I did give front end a heads up that there was only 2 towels left in the basket, so they could replenish. ;)
