My spa treatment was explained prior to being performed. She explained what each procedure did for my skin as she was applying it. She was kind and complimentary and not pushy about buying products but gave good reasoning to things she suggested for me.

Everyone is always professional and courteous and kind. They are very helpful. It’s a great location.

Just very hard to get an appointment for a massage
