Hand and Stone

My husband and I had an appointment to do a couples massage. The massage was wonderful, after the massage I was told I could not use one of my paid in advance massage services which I had to for my husband and myself. I had no problem in the past transferring one of my massage services. Therefore I was going to continue my membership but decided I was incorrectly charged and did not renew. Upon entering the lobby the receptionists were very friendly. The place was clean and quiet. I knew my wife made a great choice for me. Sandy the masseuse, was knowledgeable and addressed my aching neck and shoulders. Joined the membership without hesitation. Thanks everyone.

A few times, I have had to wait 5 to 10 minutes beyond my scheduled start time and a few times the therapist has taken what seemed like a long time to come back after I have changed and gotten on to the table. BUT overall I am really pleased with the work of the various therapists and atmosphere. I don't like to talk and I appreciated that 90% of the therapists at H&S I have had get that. I understand they are doing hard and solitary work, so THANK YOU! You are appreciated and respected.

The people are awesome and the staff is awesome and my massage. Therapist is the very best.

The receptionist was a delight, the waiting room was clean and fresh, my room was the perfect ambiance and my masseuse was quiet. Overall it was a lovely experience. I will definitely be back!

Spa is clean and neat and well decorated. All staff are very professional. Therapist attentive to my comfort and needs.
