Upon entering the lobby the receptionists were very friendly. The place was clean and quiet. I knew my wife made a great choice for me. Sandy the masseuse, was knowledgeable and addressed my aching neck and shoulders. Joined the membership without hesitation. Thanks everyone.

A few times, I have had to wait 5 to 10 minutes beyond my scheduled start time and a few times the therapist has taken what seemed like a long time to come back after I have changed and gotten on to the table. BUT overall I am really pleased with the work of the various therapists and atmosphere. I don't like to talk and I appreciated that 90% of the therapists at H&S I have had get that. I understand they are doing hard and solitary work, so THANK YOU! You are appreciated and respected.

The receptionist was a delight, the waiting room was clean and fresh, my room was the perfect ambiance and my masseuse was quiet. Overall it was a lovely experience. I will definitely be back!

This is the most consistently wonderful massage spa I’ve gone to. My husband and I love it. The massage therapists are wonderful and give massages that are even better than ones at upscale resort spas. Love this place. My only wish is that it were even bigger and offered more services so I could spend all day there.
