There were available appointments. They provided a discount for first timers and my husband obtained a membership with a deal on the initiation fee.

Kevin is a wizard and an expert! I have been highly satisfied by the services provided for years now. I will continue to visit Kevin and Hand and Stone as long as I can!!

I was referred from a better friend who mentioned she similar issues and relief by getting a massage. I haven't had a massage on over 30 years and really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to getting great results with my health issues as well.

The receptionist understood I had an emergency situation with my shoulder/arm. The massage therapist she recommended for my needs was excellent! With Carolina I felt immensely comfortable, she took care of my pain and she listened attentively to my needs. She was extremely professional, if I needed her to do less pressure or anything different, she was quick to understand and fulfill my needs. I felt respected, appreciated as a client and have highly recommended your location and Carolina!!

Every aspect of my visit made me feel welcomed and accommodated. The front desk check in was fast and Holly greeted me within a few minutes. She remembers my issues and made sure I was completely comfortable in all ways. The massage was perfect, she communicated well with me and I felt so much better and much more relaxed at the conclusion of my session.

I needed an appointment the day I called due to horrible pain preventing me from doing my work. I was able to get in that evening with Laura. She was fabulous and knew how to work on the problem areas. I will be back at Hand and Stone soon! The staff are all wonderful.

I had received notification that my appointment would be canceled due to my scheduled therapist being sick and all other booked for the day. I asked for a special consideration as I was scheduled for very strenous activity later that day and the next. Janine, the receptionist, made a special effort, contacted a therapist starting later and asked him to come in one hour earlier to assist this customer. Eldridge agreed and took care of my massage needs which helped greatly in my later efforts. That is excellent customer service on the part of both individuals.
