The massage therapists I see are always extremely cordial and always ask if anything is ailing me or needs specific attention. Even if they are running behind, I never feel rushed during my session. They always check in to make sure all is okay during the massage as well.

Receptionist should be equally friendly with all guests…I am a long time member and did not feel this happened.

Kevin is fantastic -I keep telling my network about him. The main feedback I have is about ratcheting prices (but I get it), and add-on value. CBD is consumable, so I get that as an option, but hot stones are a tool and should be included free of charge if the therapist thinks they will benefit the work being done. Did I mention Kevin is great? Janine at reception is always kind and helpful. Happy to be a member here.

Bethany was so friendly during my facial! She was very knowledgeable and was looking out for what my skin needed without being pushy and pushing services on me. She also answered any questions I had related to products for my skin.
