I am highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because receptionists are friendly and helpful. In addition, my massage therapist Amber knows exactly how much pressure to apply, and always lets me know that I can request a lighter or firmer pressure at any time.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Appointments are kept on schedule. My needs are met.
