I recently moved and had to switch locations from where I was in New Jersey to Bryn Mawr. The high quality I have come to expect was absolutely upheld across the board. Cleanliness, friendliness, and just general ease of experience

Able to book same day as a brand new client. Loved it so much I became a member.

Shay is amazing and it’s a pleasure to have her as my therapist. Everyone at the Bryn Mawr store is great and they are always willing to help.

the desk people are very nice and seem interested in pleasing the customer which a lot of places to day do not. Lisa is great (mgr) and Tom who is my favorite massager.

My therapist was so nice, kind and we talked a little. It was my birthday so she was very polite and asked question on what part did I want her to focus on and she hit all the right points.

Felt very tended to. The space was very confortable and allowed good intimacy. The person giving the service was very professional and welcoming. It felt nice to take the time for myself.

Like that have regular team member w/ whom very comfortable with . Like that for additional services you can used “ banked” monthly credits

Summer was very friendly and knowledgeable, she asked relevant questions about my skincare and any concerns I had. The receptionist was also friendly, thank you.
