Everyone was very nice. The receptionist helped me with my account issues. My massage was cool

The ovaerall atmosphere is great- if someone wants to escape for a quick hour retreat- Hand and Stone is your place! I think the services are certainly reasonable, given the quality of proucts and personal attention. Everyone is the spa is firendly, knowledgable and helpful.

My esthetician seemed knowledgeable about facials and skin care. She knew the products that I used. She recommended the product that was missing from my skin care regime and did not push other products.

I felt it was very easy to make the appointment. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they clearly explained what to do/what was going to happen. I felt very reassured about the emergency button as well, although I was sure I wouldn’t need it, I felt good having the option.

Manager immediately upon hearing booking issues created by receptionist, jumped in to correct & was very personable. I left w/ usual confidence

I have a monthly membership. I like to arrange my visits two dates in the future so that my favorite masseuse, Beth, is available. Beth is professional, has strong hands, and is very pleasant. I always leaving happy and relaxed after a massage with Beth!

The enviornment, staff and cleaniness is A-1!!!!!!!! The receptionist makes you feel so welcomed and very attentitive. My massage therapist is the BEST!!!!!!! She definitely hit all areas and those in particular that needed more attention. Her knowlege and attention to the care of her client is unmatched!

Honestly, I’ve been very happy with hand and stone except for their membership policies. I used to only go to hand & stone. I kept forgetting to call every month and put my membership on hold, and additional charges occurred. I then lost two massages I paid for because I was pregnant and couldn’t get in on time before they expired. Even though I’ve had great experiences with hand & stone, I know often go elsewhere due to your membership policies.
