My experience was much better than I had anticipated. I thought that because it was a franchise, my experience would be generic. That changed at the front desk. The staff was friendly, welcoming - the location was very clean and uses top of the line products. I felt very safe and the massage was wonderful. I felt like a new person after. I purchased a membership - i was that happy.

The therapist seemed knowledgeable & addressed my needs.

Everything was great from start to finish. Deborah was very friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. She talked me through everything she was doing and why. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

The receptionist and the energy in the facility was very peaceful and calming. My massage therapist, Jackie, is very welcoming, attentive to my needs and focuses on the areas where I need the most attention. Overall a GREAT experience that I will continue to use and enjoy.

The reception staff was polite, friendly, and helpful checking me in. My massage therapist, Jeff knew exactly where my body was holding stress and tension and had no problem reliving the aches I had. Perfect amount of pressure and time spent on each area!

Melana was the young woman who provided the facial. She was very knowledgeable, kind, pleasant and she did a top-rate job. While she mentioned products to me, she did NOT engage pressure to purchase which I appreciated very much. I have requested her for any subsequent appointments I may make for a facial. I already have on for January 10, 2023.

I am very satisfied with the friendliness of the massage therapist and staff. My massage therapist listened very well and concentrated on a few specific areas while still making time for a full body massage. I feel like I am getting a good value for my money.

Malena is very knowledgeable, respectful and excellent in her work. I felt in good hands from beginning to end. Coming back in two weeks for a follow on session.
