Overall I had a great experience. The staff was wonderful and kind.

When I called to make my appointment, Lisa was extremely helpful, listened to my current shoulder issues and made a recommendation for me to see Darryl. He was great. He had other clients who had experienced what I am currently experiencing and knew exactly how to help me. He asked me several times if the pressure was okay, anything was hurting the shoulder, communicating with me during the massage like he told me he would do if that was okay. I was really grateful and happy he did. He gave me a great massage! When checking out, everyone was helping, kind and I thanked Lisa for the recommendation. I will definitely be back in the next 30 days for another massage with Darryl.

Getting a facial is a monthly treat that I can afford at Hand and Stone. The Esthetician that I visit knows me and my skin and makes it a point to discuss options and treatment for me specifically. She is kind, thoughtful and gives amazing face massages!
