The therapist was very pleasant, did a great job and did not over converse during the massage therapy session, which is an absolute must for me. She made sure my areas of concern were attended to. And she also, let me know of an unnecessary add on that would not add to my experience. Which I very much appreciate.

My therapist was very comforting and knowledgeable during my session. They helped ease any concerns of mine in regards to the session. And the staff upfront helped my check in and check out be as quick and painless as possible!

Josh was the most amazing massage therapist I have ever had at H&S. I have horrible back and neck pain due to a car accident and sometimes therapists get scared when I ask for a deep massage, Josh knows what he’s doing and made sure to hit pressure points that allowed me to relax and be present. I booked my mom and brother right after my appointment with him, that’s how satisfied I was.
