Frances was an excellent technician. Very attentive and very skilled in giving an incredible facial massage. The new facilities were amazing, and everyone was so friendly and professional. The massage room had a comfortable massage bed and smelled great. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the whole procedure was, from start to finish. I highly recommend this location of Hand and Stone and definitely Frances.
