As soon as I walked in I was met with a very welcoming receptionist! Everyone in the spa was extremely nice and informative. The esthetician was so knowledgeable and so nice. I had a great experience.

The receptionist was very helpful and right on schedule. The entry of the shop seemed to be very well stocked with products even though I did not purchase any.

Receptionist are friendly and helpful in scheduling appointments even though appointments times are limited. Judette, the massage therapist was knowledgeable and careful with painful areas. She did an amazing job and I left feeling relaxed and no after pain from the massage.

The Hand and Stone staff always welcomes me in upon entering the establishment. Minimal wait time for my appointment and scheduling my next appointment is a breeze.
