Had interactive, ‘conversations’ with reception staff, management, and aesthetician at time of booking, checking in and checking out. Every person I interacted with were engaged and interested in the needs for my membership (had to update, renew, and establish plan for managing my current ‘bank’ of services), current appt., and upcoming appts. I am thrilled.
