First the staff is profession and very personable. Jess is amazing and does a wonderful job! Alana and Brie are the best. Laura is the best therapist and my top pick every time. Karen is wonderful for Facials. I love this location.

Terry was wonderful. She provided a very relaxing massage and made the 50 minutes a great experience. I will request her again. Thank you.

There was not a long wait at all when I first came in, the receptionist was very friendly and was quick. My masseuse was really good at massaging my problem areas and did some extra stuff that I thought was really nice as it was unexpected but it was just a little extra service I enjoyed

It was easy to book an appointment. The therapist is very good. She is able to help me out tremendously with my chronic pain

This survey was in response to the follow up visit i had at H&S. I initially made an appointment for a massage and that was a total disaster from all aspects. This appoint I did the survey on was of of the best experiences I have had. I owe that credit to the receptionist who listened to my concerns from the first appointment and really took the time to take care of me during the second appointment. The massage therapist I was scheduled with the second time was AMAZING. He was very attentive and professional. I left feeling brand new. I scheduled with the same therapist in two weeks- very much looking forward to that appointment and possibly renewing my membership.
