Excellent service

I’m most satisfied with my massage therapist Diane. She is the best at listening and helping with my needs. What I am not satisfied with is how I’ve been over charged for services that were given to me for free in my account. The girls at the desk rarely know what’s going on. I can’t use the app or the website to see my points or account info. I find this very frustrating. If I didn’t like my therapist so much I would be leaving hand and stone.

Dina is FAB!!!! she does all my facial services she makes me feel welcomed and most of all relaxed during my service also making recommendations on what i should do/ need SHE IS THE BEST!!!

Total relaxation. No one ask me to do anything, no phone calls and no responsibility for an entire hour. By the time the hour was up, I had to pour myself off of the table. A big shout out to my therapist, thank you.

Because my massage therapist and facial therapist are the best! I am highly satisfied with their services!

My therapist was very knowledgeable in the area of low back pain and hip pain. She concentrated on that area while working on me and helped me feel a lot better and relaxed.

Ashley is a really good. She asks if I have any specific problem areas and addresses. She makes me feel comfortable and answers all questions.

Diane is the best!! She listens and suggest areas that need work. Her massages are so relaxing. I enjoy seeing her each month.
