Lisa did a wonderful job, very relaxing.

Janell was wonderful........she not only gave a great massage she also recommend some stretches I could do to relieve some of my tight muscles.

My therapist was amazing. She was highly skilled!

All things considered, it was an excellent experience, everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

This spa is very accamodating and the therapist was very nice and thorough. I felt very relaxed during my session. The only issue, which is not the therapists fault is that the room we were in was next to the break room and the staff was slamming the door and speaking quite loudly. Again, not the therapists fault.

Catlin was an absolute pleasure! She was so gentle and extremely knowledgeable.

Everyone is very friendly. Was put in a massage room next to employees break room or office and heard a lot of chatter. Was very distracting. Massage Therapist took a looong time to get back to me after I was changing (both times). Although she did give a nice massage and was friendly and receptive to my requests. Would be nice if I could view my massage records on line through the website. Date, time, place, massage therapist, amount of credits available, any special offers. I have asked the receptionists several times if that is possible but they said "no" and that I can only book a massage online.

Quality of massage was excellent. That is the reason I go.

The whole experience was wonderful and left feeling amazingly relaxed. It was just what I needed,thank you Hand & Stone!
