Dominic is excellent. He should get a raise for his professionalism and skill. I will go out of my way to make sure I can make my schedule work if he is the therapist. I had a brand new facialist (Jessica) who was overly cheery, clearly stumbled through the service because she is new, not because she doesn't want to do well. As a customer who has been with H&S for 8+ years, I expected more for my loyalty.

My massage only lasted about 43 minutes. I think considering your high prices I would expect a full hour.

First of all let me compliment Diane who in my opinion did her best to take care of me and also to protect your business. That lady gave everything she had to make me feel comfortable. I believe the eucalyptus oil that I inhaled put a negative spin on the experience because it felt like it altered my mind. The message itself as I mentioned Diane did a very good job but, I do believe I would have fely better at the end when I was leaving if I didn't inhale the oil. Next time good Lord willing I will request not to inhale it. Other then that all was good. Your prices are very high. You should provide a senior discount and I will come more often. Take good care of Diane she gives it everything she has. I appreciated the effort she put into my massage in the hopes that I would enjoy the experience.

I didn’t feel like my face appeared any different after the facial. Face still felt dry after procedure

I will continue to come, because I do like Ashley and she is very good. She was also upset that she was never told I was there. She knows that I typically do not run late, and was wondering why I wasn’t there. I know she does not typically run late, so after 20 minutes, I went to the desk to find out, if they told her I was there. They had not. When I brought it to the other receptionist attention. After my massage, she didn’t seem to care. I have been a customer for a long time, and I expected better. Ashley did apologize several times, although it was not her fault at all

The conversation between my aesthetician, and I seemed very rehearsed. it kept feeling like she was trying to make a sale at some point or another. I don’t think the focus should be trying to make a sale although I’m sure that’s part of the job.

The receptionist didn’t know to look up my profile to check me out and to complete the payment. It took so long.
