There is a new tipping system that you are forced to use unless you have cash. The new tipping system charges you a dollar and change just to use their system. I also was not informed of this prior to my visit. If I had known about the changes I would have came prepared with cash.

Pricing. The difference between member and regular pricing is $50. Feeling shamed into over tipping by posting recommended tips by service.

Hand and stone team should have explained the whole process to a new customer. On check in and the therapist. Never been to hand and stone and wasn’t sure how it worked. I asked a few questions, responses were vague. Explained problem area. Don’t think it was addressed. (Lower back) started more sciatica pain with massage. Addressed it with therapist… all he said was possibly could cause it. Still having sciatica pain since massage

It was a very good experience. Rarely do I consider things as exceptional. Nothing more to it than that…

It was more of a rub down than a massage, especially when I turned over on my stomach. It was relaxing, but did not seem to possess the skills (or maybe desire) to get into the muscles in the back. So it was mostly a rub down besides the rhomboids. Needed traps, lats, shoulder...just not up to par to massages I normally get.

The massage is not the same quality of one that I would receive on vacation. The massage was good, but not as relaxing and pressure could have been better. Overall good though

Not more information about your membership. I feel like I never know how any I have on my account as well as the rewards and how that can be used towards my service and payment

Paid for a deep tissue massage and only received deep tissue on upper back and the rest was more like a Swedish massage. Massage therapist was very nice but didn’t seem to know how to do it properly.

Was less than an hr from when taken n dressed to leave. Would like full hr.

I have an uneasy feeling with this massage therapist.something feels slightly off. Unsure what it is .
