I was supposed to have another therapist. I received a call and was advised that the therapist I was booked with would be busy. I booked this appointment few months prior. I was Ny advised of the reason fully.

I was highly satisfied with the massage. I just feel it was a bit overpriced.

As I stated in prior question, I have not received the treatment yet. On the 9th I went for a consultation. My appointment is on the 16th.

They seem to never have bottled water anymore. If they do, it's the very small bottles. After a massage it's very important to drink a lot of water. For the price I pay for the membership I should be able to get a cold bottle of water when I'M finished.

Every therapist has a different method of how they apply pressure! The gal I had was not bad but not the best!

My long time massage therapist left and it has been very challenging finding a replacement. Jennifer went beyond her duties to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I hope I will be able to find another massage therapist as excellent as she was otherwise I will cancel my membership. I've been a member for about 10 years now in the same facility in Voorhees, NJ. Please continue to consider the type of relaxing music is best for these most stressful days. Thank you.

Receptionist consistently is rude, distant and unhelpful

Highly satisfied would be over rated. My facial was absolutely highly satisfied with suggestions to my next visit in September. My massage by Seldom, awful. He groined so much it was disgusting. Breathing all heavy disturbed the Ambience in the serenity of the massage. Jay comped my massage for the next day and I was completely satisfied. Sad to say the massage therapist is completely booked til her maternity leave but truly happy to hear she is having twins. It’s because of my facial and the comp massage, I agreed to become a member! So, thank you for making it right.

I would consider this a basic massage service. Good service, but not necessarily a “spa” experience though.
