Hand and Stone

The massage and therapist were excellent. My only issue was that my gift card could not be used at the time due to a computer issue. The front desk staff tried everything and were extremely friendly. They took my gift card and said they would call me back when they remedied the issue.

I like to keep the same techs during the same appt times and it isn't always available.

The esthetician was really good and friendly. The overall experience is good but pushing whether it’s worth the monthly cost. It would be nice if we could buy a package every other month.

I usually book a hot stone massage and every time I come in the hot stones are cold and i have to wait for them to heat up. Which then cuts into my massage time.

I thought overall the area was satisfactory not perfect but satisfactory. The head rest in the massage room was not great.

I don't believe in highly satisfied as a concept, let alone as a rating scale. One is satisfied or not. There is no logical extra step beyond satisfaction.

The email i received said to introduce or (Re)introduce yourself to Hand and stone services. I had the remainder of a gift card I wanted to use. Stephanie said since I had already been there, it would cost me 119.00 not the advertised 59.95. I told her what the email said. She said it did not come from that store. I sent it to the store email. She called me to say the store email was not working. She asked me to send it to her private email. I did that. She called me back and told me that I could get the facial for 59.95. She did not apologize. I feel that I should get a free facial for the 1 hour long back and forth I was forced to go through to get what was clearly advertised. I love Karen who does a great job on my facials but I may not return to this location unless I receive some compensation for my inconvenience and time spent arguing with Stephanie.

Nothing is perfect.

The quality is not consistent. Getting decent appt times is difficult.

Diane was great but overall it is very challenging to find a good therapist and get an appointment easily. I need to make an appointment 2 months ahead of time and at times something comes up and end up canceling and start all over again and that could mean not getting a massage for 6 weeks.
