Loved my massage. Facial was fine but I have had better facials and also she was breathing right in my face. Massage person wore a mask. Estitician did not

Other spas I have visited have given closer to an hour. At Hand and Stone I rarely get even 50 minutes.

Need to do better on time. I usually go to another spa and it’s a bit cheaper, concentrate more on mentioned areas and message you for time paid for on the dot

I am overall highly satisfied with my experience. I plan to keep the membership. The salon is clean and friendly and makes me feel relaxed

It was good. I miss my regular facialist but she left (another hand and stone).

The service is a nice perk but not something I will probably continue long- term due to cost with tip.

My appointment was 2pm. I was not called back until after 2pm. After changing, I waited additional time for the therapist to come in and start, yet my massage still ending at 2:50 after starting late.

Massage is described as one-hour massage but is actually only about 45 minutes. Although it is specified that one hour will include prep time and time to finish up, it doesn’t take 15 minutes to prep and finish. At the time of leaving the massage room, 55 minutes had elapsed since I entered. And I hadn’t even left in a hurry after the massage was finished.

I need to make an appointment 2 months ahead of time to get the therapist who would relieve aches. Not sure if you can’t hire enough experienced therapists.
