The massage therapist was very professional capable and pleasant.

I told the therapist exactly where my aches were and he did not massage any of the areas.

I asked to have neck, back and hamstrings worked on for the massage. The therapist did a fine job but also spent time on my calves and never had me flip face up to continue working on neck. He’s a decent therapist, but could use a little work on client communication. Other than that, he gives a relaxing massage for sure.

I find scent to be very relaxing. I think aromatherapy should be used throughout the office. I also would like the massage tables to be wider.

Unable to secure appointments when needed. More therapists needed at this location. More promotions needed to acknowledge customer appreciation.

It was so hard to make an appointment with the therapist who is good. I had to wait for 7 weeks for this appointment. I started to make a appointment 2 months ahead of time but things could come up and may not be able to make it.

Check out took a little bit due to the client ahead. Could have been address or sorry for the wait.

One critique: there was a hole in the ceiling of my massage room (Voorhees spa; room 7, I think -- across from the ladies' room). Looks like a repair for the air duct is needed. There is frayed insulation seen. My massage therapist told me that management knows about this and the front desk knows about this. I hope I don't see the hole in the ceiling on my next visit. Otherwise, great!

This was my first time to a hand and stone. I’ve had massages at spas in resorts or hotels in the past. I felt the whole experience could have been enhanced if there were a pre- and post- massage waiting area with chairs to relax in and maybe have a drink. It felt a bit like I was rushed in and out like in a dentist office. There wasn’t any problem with the service. There just wasn’t an overall relaxing feel before and after the massage. For the price, I had expected that.

Just very expensive for only being a 2nd time customer. Tanya was AMAZING and thoughtful through the whole experience. Wish there was a way to have gotten the first time price again to not have paid THAT much.
