The staff kept laughing during my session with my husband. She did not apply the appropriate pressure that I requested. And the massage was only about 40 mins when I paid for 1 hour.

bolster was not moved into correct position. Massage therapist was ill (not her fault, a pet peeve of mine)

My appointment was at 12 noon, I wasnt called till 1222...Dont know why, didnt ask...I drove 35 minutes to be there on time..

I think 75.00 a month membership is expensive. I think using the 2 package upgrades that I had, which was $150.00 since each package was $75.00 is way too high. I really don't think I got $150.00 worth of extras. I would lower the packages for sure. It is the same way for massage extras. I will probably not use extra packages from now on. Waste of money to me.

Was not made aware that my 14 yr old would not be able to be serviced unless I was in the room with her. This messed up our appointments the day is & I had to reschedule. Nothing was offered to accommodate this inconvenience

The massage therapist didn't ask if I had any medical injuries or physical concerns to be aware of. I thought I used to fill out a firm in receptionist, then the therapist reviews. The exchange before and after the service was transactional. The gentleman may have been brand new or shy. I used to a happy greeting and fond farewell from therapists at this location.

Massage was competent but therapist was clearly new and still learning. Still decent and did help.

The receptionist was not friendly. The waiting room was too noisy as other guests were talking very loud. No receptionists wore masks.
