Hand and Stone

I felt the therapist spent too much time one area; my lower back feels bruised from the massage. The appointment started late but ended on time so I lost massage time. I was never asked about add ons.

Room was not ready for my facial. Had to set up equipment.

My therapist did not perform the massage that I requested - Himalayan salt. He did not use the stones on part of the massage. However, it was resolved at checkout.

Everything about Hand and Stone is wonderful with the exception of the value of the service. Customer service at my specific location is phenomenal, the facility is clean, and booking appointments has improved in the last 2 months.

Pressure asked for was not used Left not feeling relaxed, problem areas did not feel.any better.

I was pleased with my therapist and would request her again. However, I felt the floor should have been vacuumed. Also there seemed to.be a.lot of talking and laughter at times outside the massage room which was disturbing. People need to be encouraged to keep the noise level down just out of courtesy.

I did not experience any issues or problems during my visit but there really was nothing extraordinary that took place that would garner a highly satisfied response. To me when you give a highly satisfied response there is some thing above and beyond that takes place and I did not feel anything of that nature occurred during this visit. I have no complaints and everything was fine and I would return again for services.

This was a good service. Not the best facial that I have had at Hand and Stone. She did her job however did not provide facial massage or massage of the neck/face area during the facial. It was a ok service.

Ashley seemed rushed. The towels she used were very hot and I told her. She didn’t let me know when she was going to apply the hot towel. I have had a better facials with a more experienced aesthetician

The products are a little too expensive. Also I don't think you give enough for being a member. You just get special pricing but the guest pricing is just outrageous, the member pricing is what it should cost anyway. I think if you commit to being member there should be more perks and coupons and stuff. Not just a discount.
