Appointment was suppose to be from 12-1:15. It was actually from 12:10-1:01. When you are paying a lot per minute, that felt like a lot of money left on the table. And while in my appointment there was a lot of upselling and pressure to add on enhancements. Already paying over $100+ Just for facial.

The was some type of hammering/ jack hammering during my massage and during my facial - it was the only draw back during the services I received.

The esthetician was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The table wasn’t very comfortable despite her best efforts, but I appreciate her attempts to make me comfortable. I also think you need to diversify your products a bit more as my specific needs weren’t really addressed. I got the hydrating facial to address dryness. The moisturizer was completely absorbed before I left the parking lot leaving my skin feeling much dryer than my normal skin care routine. I appreciated the care and concern and skill of my esthetician but I wasn’t ‘wow’d’ by the experience

Trying to schedule an appointment is difficult because there are often no times available:( Also my appointments were cancelled at least 2 times

The checkout process was pretty lengthy. We also had misinformation in payment methods. We were informed on the phone that Spafinder gift cards were accepted (we would not have used this facility is they were not accepted). At checkout we were informed they were not accepted. After some discussion, we were accommodated and the cards were accepted.

I should’ve canceled during Covid. I’ve been paying for yrs and now I have 7 massages avail and can never get a convenient appt. it’s frustrating! And prices went up. I’ve been loyal. You should’ve kept my membership price the same since I stayed a member during Covid. And you won’t let me put a temp hold unless it’s medical! Really annoyed!

Availability of therapists is not that good. I need to make an appointment so far in advance and keep trying someone new.

Thank you so much! Everything was great! But perhaps, the reception staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. Also, the introductory facial price on your website is $59.95 (handandstone.com) but I was charged $69.95. When I mentioned this on my way out at the checkout, the reception desk just said they can't do anything about this and was ignoring/avoiding talking to me further. I strongly feel the reception could have handled this in a better way by taking the $10 off or giving me the coupon for my next visit. It is not my fault! This is misleading the customers, I recommend that the rates on your website should be fixed ASAP. Thank you, otherwise, I am happy overall! My esthetician was very nice n humble and she did a great job.

I wanted extractions done and I thought very little was. My skin still had the face mask on my forehead and I didnt notice until after I got in my car to go home.

The overall experience with the person who did my massage was fantastic. I did end up having some really sharp pain in the problem spot after I returned home. It may have exacerbated the chronic pain I have in my upper back.
