Hand and Stone

Tonya gives the best massages and really works the arms, legs, and hip area. I had a good massage with Katherine and she focused on my upper back which was needed, but I feel Tonya’s techniques are better (no disrespect to Katherine). I have been with Tonya for quite some time. I hope she comes back!

You need more massage therapist available during the weekends. Had 2 wait 2 weeks for appointment, then select a new therapist. Same thing with next appointment. I'll have to book in another place if this continues.

There was a giant hole in the ceiling where a vent plate had fallen out several months ago. It is the first thing you see when you lay down on the table. I thought it was very unprofessional and an easy and cheap fix.

Honestly my esthetician was super nice and very friendly. I kinda just wanted to relax even more and keep it quiet which eventually she did do herself. Just took a second to be able to actually get there to that point

When I called to make the appointments for my friend and I, I mentioned that is was supposed to be a surprise for my friend and Alicia assured me no one would contact my friend about the appointment And my friend immediately received notifications when I was told by her that they wouldn’t be. Basically ruined the entire point of going

Not as good as previous messages

My therapist knew where my problems were and tried very hard to relieve the aches.

First of all, the massage is not that good. Is not the kind of massage/service that I would say I will highly satisfied. Not much of massage services options only like stone massage or Swedish. The music was so loud the last time I was there, I wasn't much of relax state. And lastly, not everyone wearing mask. I know wearing of mask is easing up but that's a indoor facility everybody should wear mask still specifically if Therapist is with customer in a room during massage service.
