The availability to schedule an appointment has become increasingly difficult. You have to call at least a week ahead of time. I don’t find the staff mainly therapists to be friendly

Can’t use my banked money to pay for products. Receptionist couldn’t tell me how many sessions I have banked.

I have had facials in the past at other salons and I got more a facial massage and neck, chest and shoulders. there was very little massage and not any pressure to relax me. The esthetician was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt like there was not enough value though for the cost.

I booked an appointment for 6:45. I then got an email saying it was moved until 7:00. The previous customer took a long time to get out of the room so I had to wait and did not even enter the room until 7:12. My appointment was over and I was dressed at 8:00. I felt rushed being the last appointment of the day and because the previous customer took a long time to get out of the room I get penalized. My husband bought me a gift card for a microdermabrasion for $125 (that is what they told him it would cost). My total at the end came to an additional $24 and I didn't add anything on. Not the relaxing experience I had hoped for.

I was very satisfied. My massage was very good. I thought it was expensive to charge $20 more for a scalp massage when it was included in the reg massage time.

The therapist and everyone I encountered was great - friendly and polite. Overall my experience was positive and I will likely go again, but I will want to better understand exactly what to expect in terms of 1) services provided and 2) time of massage. For example, I selected the Swedish massage and I didn't know that doesn't automatically include a hand and feet massage. I also was billed for a (discounted) 90 min massage but the time in which the therapist was in the room was closer to 75ish mins. The room was cold - I would like to see that improve. My appointment was at 1p and I wasn't taken back until 1:15. It was not communicated to me that they were running behind when I arrived, nor did I inquire about it. I was in no rush so I didn't mind, but I would have preferred a heads up they were running 15 mins late. (Ideally via a text in advance as I'm just around the corner and can accommodate easily.) I would like to highlight the therapist did a great job with an area in my back I asked her to focus on and eliminated a lot of knots.

I've had several massages at H and S and they were all very good but the therapists all seemed too clinical. I had the same therapist at a different spa for over two years and she would always provide feedback and waited outside the room to escort me to the front desk.. I'm looking to recreate that experience.

Dinesha is great- one of the best massage therapists- Do everything/ anything to keep her there!! Probably will cancel my membership if she leaves !!

Tissue was no longer available at the massage room. For some reason there are a few profiles in your computer system and every time I come, I was told that I no longer had unused sessions in my package, which is not correct.
