Although the girls that helped me were very nice I think there was a miscommunication about my membership. I signed up on Valentine’s Day after I had a message that was purchased by my husband as a gift, he paid online. I bought my membership with a different card and booked my facial for the 16th assuming it was under my membership. I was charged for the facial on the day of my service. I’m still unclear if I get a standard facial or message once a month with my membership of if I have to pay the membership fee and still have to pay for the service.

I was very much satisfied with my service. The esthetician did a great job. Glad to see they are providing water once again. And I felt completely safe during these Covid times.

My only not highly satisfied moment was when I asked to be book my facial with my usual technician and instead I got someone else. However my technician was available to see me so I didn’t understand why they book me with someone else when I requested my usual technician for my facial. The other technician was nice, however I prefer to stay with my usual people because I like their routine the best. Other than that it was a good experience.

Therapist put high pressure on sensitive areas of the body (side of thigh and bony area of hip). Therapist also used both fists at the same time in my neck area which was very uncomfortable. I did speak up to ask her to lessen the pressure but she continued using the same uncomfortable technique. Problem area was my shoulder and neck. Instead I have bruised tissue now on my neck.

The therapist took 5 minutes to come back when I was changing my clothes before the massage. I was undressed and ready for the massage within 30 seconds but she took 5 whole minutes which took time away from the massage. I tried calling her while I was on the bench but she didn’t seem to hear me.

My only complaint was that I originally booked a hot stone massage and along the way that information got lost. My massage didn't include hot stones; the front desk was very accommodating and took the price of the stones off of the final cost. My massage was great, it just wasn't the service I booked.

Received a gift card for a deep tissue massage from someone that bought it from a manager at the Vorhees location. After scheduling the massage and receiving it I was told that the card wasn’t for a “deep tissue” and it was just for a normal massage. Even with a sticker that the manager put on that said “50 min massage on it.” Had to pay extra for it and the receptionist said she had a problem with the computer before hand. Don’t know where the disconnect was but I will probably never go to a hand and stone again unless that’s able to be resolved.

Having had Massage Therapy at other locations in South Jersey, such as Massage Envy to be able to compare. I can say this was NOT the best massage I've had. The Therapist was extremely disinterested. Did not ask me if I was cold/hot/comfortable. I was freezing! We started with me lying on my back and ended with me on my front. There was a lot of loud talking in the hallway outside my room. The lights were dimmed, but not enough. The music selection was not relaxing. It was just "OK". Would not recommend this Therapist or company again. Sorry.

The waiting room was a bit crowded. The Himalayan Salt stone massage did not seem unique. The bed seemed a bit small l; I was tense as I felt like I couldn’t just rest my arms.
