Should wipe down seating chairs in waiting room; became a member and would have liked more info

Last time I received a prenatal massage at the Marlton location, they had a pillow for my stomach so I could lay on my stomach the whole time. This location didn’t seem to have it, or it wasn’t offered. I was disappointed as you look forward to any opportunity to lay on your stomach when you’re this pregnant!

I like hand stone because it convenient. Excellent services and friendly staff's. Highly recommend the massage therapist name : Cherrie. She is excellent ! And thank you all !

Maybe I had unrealistic expectations. For over two years I was a client of the same therapist at another spa. She moved and I have been trying to find another therapist. The sessions at Hand and Stone have been more clinical, less personal.

I'm not particularly fond of this hand and stone, but it is close to my job. My appointment was for 7pm. I arrived between 645-650 and checked in. I was not taken into the back until 710 and my massage did not begin until after 715, but was still done at 8pm on the dot. I did not complain to the receptionist, because at that point there was nothing she could do and it was only a 5 minute difference, but there should have been some type of acknowledgement that the appointment was not starting on time when I was still sitting in the waiting room at 705. Also, it would have been awesome if my appointment had been the full 50 minutes that I paid for.

would have liked the stones to be left on certain areas and a quiet time with them in position. Hardly felt them.. Best place is the palms of the hands a the end of treatment

Its not spa like or luxurious in anyway. All else is very good but just needs to be elevated in terms of decor, relaxation rooms, treatment options.

I didn’t get the COVID 19 waiver form on line at least a few times and did not get any electronic reminders. I complained to the receptionist a few times but it does not appear anyone looked into the issue. Also no hand sanitizer at the receptionist area. It was a bit chilly in the treatment room especially nowadays there was no blanket due to the COVID.

Massage started 15 minutes late

I am a trained massage therapist and probably highly critical. My massages include scalp, face, hands, buttocks.
