I believe my massage therapist might have been new since she didn’t massage my feet or hands or arms. She was very nice and the pressure was good but I didn’t get very relaxed. However, my boyfriend’s massage was fantastic and since it was his first experience, I’m grateful for that.

The phones aren’t answered and I often try to call but end up not being able to get a massage bc no one answers the phones There are no appointment times available when I want them this has gotten worse since Covid

I was satisfied with the massage and the therapist but did not receive any of the add ones I had selected/purchased. Which was the lavender aromatherapy and the foot therapy.

If blankets are no longer being used, more than one thin sheet is necessary for warmth and modesty. Also, the room temp should be warmer in this case.

I did not get a neck/shoulder massage which used to be included in the facials. Has this service been excluded from the facials now? Since covid-19 so many things have changed. I hope IT will continue to be part of the procedure. It's very relaxing and is the finishing touch in the facial service. I found Regina to be very pleasant and I enjoyed the facial my skin felt rejuvenated.

Was called in 10 min after scheduled appt time. Therapist was chewing on hard candy which was somewhat distracting toward the beginning of massage.

Massage was relaxing and therapist was very nice however there was no real pressure used on the massage. I left relaxed but not feeling like my muscles had been worked or loosened at all.

i wasn't able to sit in the reception area bc of Covid so is why i answered the way i did. i had no issues with the products. in other spas the massage table was heated. that i did miss.
