Hand and Stone

The massage relaxed my body! During the massage, I was cold and the therapists hands and arms were sometimes cold. The therapist did increase the heat on the table. I would like to be offered fruit infused water before or after my masssage.

The massage therapist was very welcoming, asked about my problem areas and did spend a good amount of time there.. However compared to previous massages it did appear to me that She was not aware of pressure points. The actual massage just felt like someone lotioning my body. I wasn't as relaxed as usual but still tip based on her formal greeting.

Overall my experience was saisfying I did however find the temperature in both treatment rooms to be a bit chilly .

Burned areas in my face

When I first called I waited on hold for 15 minutes. not the receptionists fault. she was the only one there. they need more people to answer phones. My therapist was new to me, as my regular one is not there anymore. I did tell her not to touch one foot, as I had surgery. I did like her, but willing to try another.

I had hair removal on my full legs and bikini. Unfortunately, there are hairy spots all over my legs that were missed. I was a little disappointed.

didnt correct the bumps i had that i come in for. After treatment and came home my face was a liitle burnt in one spot.

I wasn't satisfied with the Clarity skincare set because the bottles were so tiny for the price! I understand its similar to a trail but to charge $48 is crazy.

Had to reschedule both my facial and massage an hour later each than originally scheduled..after I already was sitting outside the facility..due to employee not being available at original times scheduled..had to go hang out in a store nearby..was too hot to wait in car due to heatwave..and not enough time to drive all the way home and back.

I usually rate things satisfied. Something spectacular has to stand out for a highly satisfied rating.
