I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance. I booked myself and two other women massages with female therapists. I was called the day before my appointment informing me that I could reschedule my appointments or two of us could opt for a massage with a male therapist. The alternate time I asked to reschedule an appointment was not available therefore we had to stay with the male therapists. My therapists pressure increased around the top shoulders and I felt bruised the following day. My guest was Also supposed to get a complimentary upgrade due to the issue with massage therapists and she was not given the upgrade.

It really wasn't much of a problem and I wasn't necessarily dissatisfied or upset, but when I arrived, I paid extra to add a mini salt stone massage to the end and when we got to the end of the massage, this was not performed. When I inquired, the massage therapist politely/respectful said he was unaware and had not been told. When I checked at the counter before I left, they said they could refund but I requested the service to be carried over to my next appointment, which I hope will happen. Again, I don't think this was the therapists fault. He was professional and did a nice job. The receptionist was also friendly, professional and respectful. I am not exactly sure where the info. gap occurred, but it was hopefully resolved in getting carried over to my next appointment.

Seems more difficult now to get appointment times even going on online several days in advance.

I have the therapist specific areas of aches Anna pains. While she did spend extra time on the areas, I asked a few times for more pressure and that was not achieved. Left not feeling much better then when I arrived.

While esthetician was skilled, more communication would have made the experience better. I had never had a facial before and would have liked to have had the products and process explained to me.

The workers are pleasant but do not make me feel welcome or valued. The massages only last 45 minutes. The overall ambiance is more business-like than pampering luxury.

It seems that you keep getting new receptionists. One of them who left to go back to school was very good, but the new ones are not so knowledge and friendly.

The massage was ok. The facial was great. Mostly it bothers me that at this location the bathrooms are always so dirty. I that the massage therapist was very nice but I just didn’t love the massage. Also I hate the music!
