I enjoy going and I enjoyed talking with the girl who did my facial. I purchased some very expensive products which I’m hoping will make my skin better. I was just bummed today when I woke up because I have pretty big scabs on both of my cheeks from the extractions. It sucks because it looks bad. I am not sure if it’s normal for that to happen but it’s a bummer.

The therapist talked the whole time

My massage therapist and the staff were absolutely lovely. The only reason I did not put highly satisfied is because I would have liked a deeper pressure, as I asked for a deep tissue massage. However, that being said, I could tell that the therapist was doing her best and the massage was still AWESOME! I'm in the Marine Corps and my body is a bit banged up, that's all.

It was a little confusing about the appointment as the therapist almost did not make it but it turned out okay.

I have been to other H&S locations that I've had better overall experiences. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly, but the room was noisy (external noise, not the music), I wasn't asked about upgrades, and the massage itself was a little underwhelming. By no means a bad experience, just not a GREAT experience.

I was highly to satisfied with my experience with my massage therapist. I asked for Frim and she barely gave me that, and when she did apply pressure it was wild and sharp with her elbow. I asked for attention on my hands and feet and she barely touched them. I’m just as sore. My only joy was my facial.

This was my 1st time here at Hand and Stone. I am getting used to the idea of massage. I need more time to decide if I am highly satisfied or not.

I was booked with one therapist and someone called and asked me to switch to another therapist, but when I arrived, i was to go back to the therapist I was originally booked with. The receptionist was very apologetic.
