I was satisfied, just not Highly Satisfied. To be highly satisfied the whole experience would have to be perfect. I enjoyed my experience but I wouldn't say I was blown away by it.

There is always room for improvement and I think to get highly satisfied in all area need little more improvement.

I came in for a bikini wax and there was no towel or sheet to conceal myself with after I changed and before she returned to begin. When she came in she brought in a towel the size of a wash cloth.

My therapist listened to my concerns, and I know she tried to address my problem area. However, I actually feel a little sore now. I can’t tell if it was too much pressure or what...

Every massage therapist uses a different technique when massaging. Not a fan of deep massages with use of elbow and arms. Needed clarification on the specifics of the areas that I wanted massage. Ie No deep massage on legs or arms but focus on upper shoulder areas and back. More focus was given on legs and arm. Some on back. Very little on shoulders.

Ambiance in waiting area can be cozier and warm. Aromatheraphy helps me relax while waiting for therapist, which is lacking in waiting area. MUSIC selection needs improvement. Perhaps allow customer to choose some of the music might help. Oriental, native American sounds are extremely relaxing. Thank you for listening and considering my suggestions especially for the music.

The receptionist seemed as though she didn’t want to be there. I have never seen this specific receptionist before . The other girls i have worked with at the front desk were much more personable and could explain services better and seemed much more experienced then the particular one i worked with this time

We did not get called back until 13 minutes after our appointment time and no one conveyed a delay or apologized for the delay.

This time I was disappointed in my facial. Did not see it fell great results like usual. I also got the peppermint scalp added to the facial this time and it was not as good as it thought it would be. O wouldn't add it again.
