Hand and Stone

Waiting room is busy and crowded. Not relaxing. Price was raised last year and there was no increase in amenities. It is getting expensive to continue on fixed income.

It feels like I am just a number there.

Hand and stone messages should be included in the membership after all the name of the company is hand and stone. The longer than four massages should be longer than 80 minutes especially when you have to use 2 50 minute packages to pay for the 80 minute massage. A couple of occasions I had booked the 80 minute massage and it ended up being closecloser to 60-65 minutes than advertised 80 minute.

I usually go to voorhees hand and stone. But this time my appointment didn’t begin on time. I waited 20 mins before my session started.

I always feel like I am getting cheated out of time that is owed to me in terms of actual massage time.

Very satisfied with the massage however, not satisfied that the cost keeps going up.

I selected Dominic when I booked online and was surprised when I had a different therapist. No harm done, Charles did a great job and met all expectations. I’m just not sure why I got someone different.

I was mostly satisfied but would have liked the hot towel used during the massage. Also would have liked a warmer table. Overall it was a good massage.

I only missed the usual short neck massage that I get with facial- but loved the facial
