There is a points system?? I can redeem points for discounts/upgrades/free services?? REALLY??? The points and discounts are NOT communicated well at all. At checkout, I should be informed by the receptionist about the number of points I've earned and the option to redeem the points for a discount or free service. My available points and their value should communicated via SMS texts. H&S has done a very poor job communicating these benefits and needs to do MUCH better. I've been a loyal member since the Voorhees site opened, and should have received a lot of rewards at this point.

She listened to me with a mini consult she gave me in the beginning. She addressed my problem areas as requested, and did so very well. She was quiet when I was quiet and talked when I talked. She read the room well.

I love Hand and Stone! I am always happy, relaxed, and very satisfied after every service I get there.

I have never had a bad experience. They have always asked me questions to help meet my needs. Even when I'm done they check to see if I was satisfied with my service.

The massage therapist is one of the beat I have found in years. She is helping releive so much pain, and is wonderful at listening to what I need. She is a huge asset.

Elizabeth is the best massage therapist, she is very knowledgeable and great at treating pain. Everyone is very nice and the receptionist is always pleasant. Also it's easy to schedule appointments

the only problem I have is that for the overtime I get I can use a banked massage. However, the value of the banked massage is more than the cost of the extra time and I cannot save the unused dollars of the banked massage. for example, the extra time costs about $42. the value of the banked massage is $59. I lose $17. I think it would be fair to be able to save that money and apply it to future extra time.

I have been coming to Ashley for about 8 years. She is the reason I come to Hand & Stone!!

Alyssa is amazing. She remembers what was wrong from previous sessions and asks if the same needs apply. The receptionist is always welcoming and ready to answer any questions I may have as well.

I’ve never had a bad massage. Every massage therapist is great. My favorites are Tonya and Diane (I think it is Diane!)
