the only problem I have is that for the overtime I get I can use a banked massage. However, the value of the banked massage is more than the cost of the extra time and I cannot save the unused dollars of the banked massage. for example, the extra time costs about $42. the value of the banked massage is $59. I lose $17. I think it would be fair to be able to save that money and apply it to future extra time.

I have been coming to Ashley for about 8 years. She is the reason I come to Hand & Stone!!

Alyssa is amazing. She remembers what was wrong from previous sessions and asks if the same needs apply. The receptionist is always welcoming and ready to answer any questions I may have as well.

I’ve never had a bad massage. Every massage therapist is great. My favorites are Tonya and Diane (I think it is Diane!)

Hand and Stone Massage therapist Wendi Wills is such a professional who ensures that my session is therapeutic and relaxing. She strikes just the right balance of care and kindness. I look forward to our sessions knowing that I will be in great hands.

I've been a member for a few years now and never had any issues. Ashley is always great. I will never stop being a member!

Diane is a very talented massage therapist. She checks in on the amount of pressure. Takes time to work on sore areas.
