Hand and Stone

Myself and my husband both had massage appointments scheduled for this day. One therapist no showed for work. The manager immediately righted the by offering me a facial at no cost to me for my inconvenience. After waiting more than 15 minutes for the woman to do my facial, they added an upgrade. Thats just amazing customer service!!

Alyssa is always prompt, kind, and through. Her techniques allows me to relax and ease tension. She has a soothing voice and I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive from her.

My primary contact is with the massage therapist (Laura). She is extremely well versed in the various trigger points and instinctively know where to focus the most attention without having to be directed. She is always cheerful, the room is always neat and she never misses an appointment and she goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of her clients. She is a good example of why you get so many repeat clients.

My husband Kevin and I have been members for several years. The Hand and Stone in Vorhees, NJ has always been exceptional. From the receptionists to the masseuse to the manager, everyone is exemplary We LOVE our time with Ashley and Laura!! We look forward to our monthly massages. They treat us with respect and kindness; making us feel like we really matter. I recently started getting massages twice a month for arthritis. I feel so much better because of that decision. We plan to continue our membership for many years!!

It was very clean. Everyone one was super professional. My massage therapist Beth was AMAZING she did her job very well. She knew a lot of great information. I felt great afterwards.

My therapist Dom asked my preferences and then acted upon them wonderfully. Dom is always a great listener on my needs and executes according to my requests. Overall highly satisfied with my massage

The wait room and the room where I received my massage was clean and relaxing. Ashley did a wonderful job working the knots out of my back and helping me relax.
