Hand and Stone

Reception answered a question regarding my membership. My masseuse came out in time and treated me with a smile and she also answered the exact question regarding my membership when I told her I forgot to come on August. Overall I had an amazing experience and will continue my membership for the time being.

My aesthetician KAREN is the best she takes her time she makes me feel comfortable relaxed…… And I love the way she makes my face look and feel. She makes me feel special and that means everything!

It's fairly easy to make and appointment, which is important. The main reason I am going to Hand and Stone now is because of the massage therapist that I select. Usually I try different people and then I stay with someone I like. The person I schedule appointments to see is very skilled and very able to address whatever requests I have, whether it is just to relax or to address a particular need.

I have been a member at this location for a number of years. Dina my esthetician, is outstanding, I see her monthly. Staff is always helpful especially manager, Jessica.

The front desk employees are very pleasant and accommodating. The massage therapist listened to my requests. It is close to my home.

Alyssa always gives me a great massage and everyone there is very friendly. The entire spa is extremely clean and comfortable. It's a great value for the money.

This location was very clean and desk was welcoming. Absolutely love Laura O! She is incredible and really listens to any problems you may have, addressing them. Will definitely be returning after baby!
