I have been going to the same location and same therapist for about 6 years. She is the best !!!! The staff is great, always calls me by name when I arrive. The facility is clean, and welcoming.

Came in for mother's day with my mother and sister. All 3 massage therapists were excellent. I had Alissa...she was very good and listened to my needs and was excellent. I will definitely be back!

Karen is incredibly knowledgeable about so many things. I had a severe break out from masks and she helped me feel better. I always feel great when I leave.

The esthetician was very friendly, knowledgeable and made a point to inform me of what was going to happen next

The price of the option to add CBD oil was ridiculously expensive. As someone who has bought it elsewhere in the past I understand that it is expensive but charging and extra $30 is crazy.

I spoke with Jess to make my appointment. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me, made eye contact and I did the COVID screening and temperature check. I felt a safe environment was provided. I think the employees take COVID seriously as they use PPP. Wendy, the massage therapist, greeted me. Back in the massage room, she asked about my needs, recommended add-on services and asked if I wanted to add any services. Wendy is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about services offered by Hand & Stone as well as massage therapy. Wendy can tell when an area is in need of special attention. She is sensitive to privacy. I trust Wendy and feel very relaxed after her massages.

It was a peaceful experience. Laura was wonderful. The receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable.

At the start of the appointment I reported issues in my neck & shoulders & sinuses. My therapist spent time working on those areas and working on my knots and using pressure points. The whole experience was wonderful.
