Hand and Stone

This appointment was my first facial. I bought the recommended exfoliating cleanser when I was finished. All staff members were nice, and my esthetician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt great when I left.

It was great coming in for my first massage in a year. The spa was clean and following good social distancing policies. As always, Alyssa was warm and friendly and gave me a wonderful massage.

I was taken back for my appointment with in a few minutes of my arrival. They explained everything they were doing before they started.

I booked an appointment with hot stone, peppermint scalp and paraffin foot. The therapist brought in paraffin hand instead. Had to leave the room then found out foot wasn’t available. Just a mishap I understand but a spa experience shouldn’t include this often if ever.

Thank you to Janell my massage therapist. She was knowlegeable and spent time on my problem area. It was nice to have a msaage that was not painful yet effective.

Everyone from the receptionist to the therapist were completely welcoming and professional. My therapist calmed my nerves as this was my first time having a massage and I was very nervous. Janet was AMAZING.

Laura is awesome. She listens to the issues you are experiencing and concentrates on those areas to help alleviate your pain. I would highly recommend her.
