I have a great relationship with my message therapist who listens to me when I ask her to focus on certain areas and allows me to use my own music.

Loved the ambiance.

I really like coming to this location, because even if I never see the same person, I know I get a great service. As an aside, I can't seem to book online and redeem points myself and always have to call. I place a huge amount of trust in whoever I speak to that they are redeeming my points properly when they book me and do my upgrades. I wish the online system let me have more control over this. That said, the person I speak to when I call is always kind, helpful and calm, which is really nice.

Lorelle gave an amazing massage, and she solicited my feedback on pressure and how I was feeling. The spa is always clean and welcoming.

The estitician was fabulous and explained her recommendations well, what she was ding and how to care for my skin afterwards!
