I come to you because the massage therapist is wonderful. I would follow her if she went somewhere else. I only come to you because of her. Regarding the receptionist and booking a service, she did not know that you don't offer eyebrow tinting with the waxing. And you should offer this service. It's like you are offering half a service. Regarding the reception area it is far too cold for my liking. I shouldn't have to wear a sweater inside when it is over 90 degrees outside. And you are not during the environment any good by running your air conditioning so low.
