Ray (Rachel), my Esthetician in Highlands Ranch, CO, keeps me coming back. Without her, I would not have an H&S Membership, and I hope she is treated well to retain her from ever leaving. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The person who did my facial was exceptional. It was my first facial ever and she explained every step and made me feel very comfortable.

I am a SA at Highlands ranch Hand and Stone. I have never had a massage at Hand and Stone before! But Patty was wonderful and very knowledgeable. As always, Emma and Tina were very nice checking me in and out.
