I normally use Colin for my appointments and Colin was not available for the time period I wanted to book. Eugene is also very skilled and knowledgeable for the type of Swedish/hot stone massage and muscle relief I was looking for. Eugene was available and he did a fantastic job focusing on relieving specific areas of muscle stress and tension. I left feeling much better and have already scheduled two follow-up massage sessions over the next two weeks. Great service, very knowledgeable, and very professional. That's why I maintain my membership and keep coming back to this particular Hand and Stone location. It's the expert massage professionals, the courteous service by the team there, and the convenient location. A perfect trifecta. It is hard to get in to a therapist of choice. I don't like having to schedule an appointment a month or 2 in advance to see the person of my choice. I have had my appointments rescheduled by the spa several times and I don't understand why it happens continually. I also don't think the therapist should be responsible to inform clients they are a preferred therapist and are an additional $10 per massage.
